At Boneless Couch USA, we know you're excited to get your new sofa home. Here's exactly how shipping works, from checkout to your living room.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we are not able to ship to U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Processing Time
Every boneless couch is vacuum-compressed and prepared for shipment after your order is placed. Orders typically leave our fulfillment center within 2–3 business days. During high-volume periods (holidays, major sales), processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you updated by email.
Delivery Time
Once your order ships, standard delivery across the continental U.S. takes approximately 3–5 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse, so you can follow your couch's journey door to door.
Compressed Delivery — What to Expect
Our sofas ship vacuum-compressed in a surprisingly compact box — no truck freight, no delivery crew required. Here's what happens after it arrives:
- Unbox indoors. Bring the compressed package into the room where you want your couch, since it will expand quickly.
- Let it expand. Once unwrapped, your sofa will begin expanding immediately and typically reaches full size within 24–72 hours.
- No assembly needed. There are no tools, screws, or instructions required — just unbox and let it breathe.
Multi-Box Orders
Larger sectionals and modular sets may ship in more than one box. If your order includes multiple pieces, they may arrive on separate days depending on carrier routing. This is normal — your tracking confirmation will show how many packages to expect.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is completely free on all U.S. orders — no minimum purchase required.
Delays
Occasionally, delivery may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays outside our control. If your order is running behind schedule, reach out to us anytime at info@bonelesscouch.us with your order number and we'll track it down for you.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your couch arrives damaged or a box is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bonelesscouch.us with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right — see our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
